Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Travel Consultant Assistant to join our dynamic team in Al Ain. This role is crucial in supporting our travel consultation services, specifically within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong understanding of travel logistics and real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist travel consultants in coordinating travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities related to property viewings and real estate transactions.
- Conduct thorough research to provide clients with accurate information regarding travel destinations, real estate markets, and local amenities.
- Prepare travel itineraries and documentation for clients, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all interactions and preferences are documented for future reference.
- Support the team in managing bookings, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including hotels, airlines, and real estate agents, to negotiate rates and secure the best travel deals for clients.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations to promote travel services and real estate opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, travel regulations, and real estate developments to provide clients with the most current information.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing, and maintaining travel-related records.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in travel consulting or related fields, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of travel booking systems and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Al Ain is an advantage.
