Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Treasury Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Treasury Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Treasury Operations program within the Transportation and Logistics industry. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth and efficient treasury operations to support the company's financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to optimize cash flow and mitigate financial risks
- Manage liquidity, cash, and funding needs to ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operations
- Monitor and analyze market trends to make informed decisions on investments and borrowings
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to negotiate terms and conditions for banking services
- Oversee the execution of foreign exchange transactions to minimize currency risks
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Prepare and present reports on treasury operations to senior management
- Lead and mentor a team of treasury professionals to achieve department goals and objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- [4-7] years of experience in treasury operations within the Transportation and Logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, banking products, and treasury management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus
