We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Operations Program Manager to join our Manufacturing company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in treasury operations and program management, with a strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treasury operations programs to optimize cash flow, minimize financial risk, and maximize return on investment
- Monitor and analyze cash flow forecasts, liquidity positions, and financial market trends
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external partners
- Oversee daily cash management activities, including wire transfers, bank reconciliations, and funding requirements
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Provide guidance and support to finance teams on treasury-related matters
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or financial planning and analysis
- Strong knowledge of treasury management systems, banking platforms, and financial instruments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Professional certification (e.g. CTP, CFA) is a plus
