We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of treasury operations within our retail organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treasury strategies and policies to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risk
- Manage daily cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations
- Monitor and analyze financial market trends to make informed decisions on investments and foreign exchange transactions
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms for banking services
- Oversee the processing of payments and receipts in compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of treasury professionals to ensure efficient and accurate execution of treasury operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive continuous improvement in treasury processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of treasury management systems and financial instruments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
