We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Truck Dispatcher in the agriculture industry. The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the transportation of agricultural products from our facilities to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with truck drivers to assign pick-up and delivery routes
- Monitor truck drivers' progress and update delivery schedules as needed
- Ensure timely delivery of agricultural products to customers
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to prioritize shipments
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities
- Resolve any issues or delays in transportation
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on delivery status
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Truck Dispatcher or in a similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and routing software
- Familiarity with the agriculture industry is preferred
- Valid driver's license
