We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our team in Sharjah. The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the delivery of goods and materials via trucks, ensuring timely and efficient transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch trucks to pick up and deliver shipments to customers or other locations
- Communicate with drivers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation
- Monitor and track the progress of shipments, updating customers and relevant stakeholders on delivery status
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper loading and unloading of trucks
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including driver logs, delivery schedules, and customer information
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies
- Monitor and manage driver performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints related to transportation services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Truck Dispatcher or in a similar role
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using transportation management software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in the transportation industry
- Familiarity with Sharjah roads and traffic patterns
