### Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Underwriting Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the Consumer Goods sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the underwriting processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives that align with our business objectives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of underwriting principles as they relate to consumer goods.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Program Management: Lead and manage underwriting operations programs from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Process Improvement: Analyze current underwriting processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Risk Management, Compliance, Sales, and Marketing, to align underwriting operations with overall business strategies.

- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to track underwriting performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for process enhancements.

- Training and Development: Develop training programs and resources for underwriters and operational staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform effectively.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all underwriting practices comply with local regulations and industry standards, implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate program objectives, gather feedback, and foster a culture of collaboration.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on underwriting operations performance, risks, and opportunities to senior management.

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPCU, AINS) is a plus.

- A minimum of 5 years and up to 7 years of experience in underwriting operations, program management, or a related field, preferably within the consumer goods industry.

- Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving operational improvements.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.

- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

- Knowledge of underwriting principles and practices, particularly in the consumer goods sector.
