Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Utility Worker Assistant to join our manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will assist in various utility tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a team environment and is willing to take on various responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and operation of machinery and equipment in the manufacturing plant.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of utility systems, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards.
- Support the loading and unloading of materials and products, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for production runs, including measuring, mixing, and transporting materials as required.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Document and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Participate in training sessions and safety meetings as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to quality control and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in manufacturing or utility operations is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or utility role preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment is an advantage.
- Ability to operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if required.
