Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Venue Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our financial services venue in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of venue operations, including staff management, facility maintenance, event planning, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient venue operations
- Manage a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee facility maintenance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Plan and coordinate events and functions held at the venue
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in venue operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
