Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Venue Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing venue in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient management of venue operations, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards, while also driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing venue, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

2. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of operational staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Coordinate training programs to ensure all team members are skilled in safety protocols and operational procedures.

3. Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure that all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Promote a safety-first culture among all staff, leading by example and encouraging adherence to best practices.

4. Supply Chain and Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment of materials.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline supply chain operations.
- Analyze inventory data and implement strategies to reduce costs and waste.

5. Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
- Generate financial reports and present findings to senior management.

6. Customer Engagement:
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Address any operational issues or customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for service improvement.

7. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, integrating innovative solutions into venue operations.
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing waste.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging suggestions and feedback.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with manufacturing management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Requirements:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and client meetings.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
