We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Vineyard Worker Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Vineyard Worker Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our vineyard, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planting, pruning, and harvesting grapes in the vineyard
- Help maintain and repair irrigation systems
- Assist in pest and disease management
- Operate machinery and equipment as needed
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the vineyard
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by the Vineyard Manager

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a vineyard or farm setting is preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of vineyard operations is a plus
- Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driver's license is preferred
