We are currently seeking a Vineyard Worker Assistant to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The Vineyard Worker Assistant will work closely with the Vineyard Workers in all aspects of vineyard maintenance and grape production.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Vineyard Workers in planting, pruning, and harvesting grapes
- Operate and maintain vineyard equipment and machinery
- Monitor vineyard irrigation systems and make adjustments as necessary
- Assist in pest and disease control measures
- Help with general vineyard maintenance tasks such as weeding, trellis maintenance, and canopy management
- Participate in grape crushing and processing activities during harvest season
- Follow all health and safety guidelines while working in the vineyard

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a vineyard or agricultural setting preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of vineyard equipment and machinery is a plus
- Must be a team player and willing to assist in all aspects of vineyard work
