Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Vineyard Worker Assistant to join our team in Dubai's unique healthcare setting. As part of our commitment to promoting wellness through organic vineyard practices, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our vineyards, which are integral to our health-focused initiatives. This position requires a passion for agriculture, teamwork, and a strong desire to contribute to the healthcare sector through sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the daily operations of the vineyard, including planting, pruning, and harvesting grapes.
- Support the implementation of organic farming practices to ensure the highest quality produce for our healthcare-related projects.
- Monitor vine health and growth, identifying any signs of disease or pest infestation and reporting these to the Vineyard Manager.
- Participate in soil preparation, irrigation management, and fertilization processes to enhance vineyard productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient harvesting, processing, and storing of grapes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vineyard site, including equipment and tools.
- Assist with the education and outreach programs related to the health benefits of grapes and vineyard practices.
- Support research initiatives focusing on the health benefits of vineyard products within the healthcare sector.
- Comply with all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field preferred (1-7 years).
- Basic knowledge of vineyard operations and grape cultivation techniques is an advantage.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in outdoor environments.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new practices.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in agricultural settings is a plus.
