### Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Reality Technician to join our dynamic team in the construction sector in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the development and implementation of virtual reality (VR) solutions that enhance project visualization, planning, and collaboration across various construction projects.

### Key Responsibilities:

- VR Development: Create and optimize immersive virtual reality environments for construction projects using industry-standard software and tools such as Unreal Engine, Unity, or similar platforms.

- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into interactive VR experiences.

- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for VR hardware and software, ensuring all systems are functioning effectively during project execution.

- Training and Demonstration: Conduct training sessions and workshops for stakeholders to demonstrate VR capabilities and facilitate their understanding of the technology's applications in construction.

- Data Management: Manage and organize 3D models, CAD files, and other data sources to integrate them seamlessly into the VR environment.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and quality of VR content by conducting regular testing and updates, incorporating feedback from team members and clients.

- Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest advancements in VR technology and construction techniques, and suggest innovative solutions that can be implemented within the organization.

- Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation and reports on VR projects, including methodologies, results, and lessons learned to improve future project workflows.

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in virtual reality development, preferably in the construction industry.

- Proficient in VR software development tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or equivalent.

- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

- Familiarity with construction processes, project management, and architectural design principles.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

- A proactive attitude and a passion for emerging technologies and their application in construction.
