We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays in our retail spaces to attract and engage customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and set up visual displays in accordance with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop themes and concepts for displays
- Ensure that all displays are in line with the company's image and standards
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to optimize display effectiveness
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that displays are driving sales and meeting business objectives
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or related field
