We are seeking a creative and experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Visual Merchandiser in the field of Agriculture, your primary responsibility will be to create visually appealing displays and layouts in our retail stores that effectively promote our products and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and enhance the overall customer experience in our stores.
- Create eye-catching displays using a variety of props, signage, and product placement techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to track the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the agricultural industry.
- Strong creative and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other visual merchandising software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
