We are seeking a talented and experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing displays that effectively showcase our products and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the company's brand image and target audience
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create visually compelling displays that attract customers and drive sales
- Research industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the curve and create innovative merchandising concepts
- Manage and train a team of visual merchandisers to ensure consistency in brand representation across all locations
- Monitor and analyze sales data to track the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall customer shopping experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the Information Technology industry
- Strong creative and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
- Knowledge of current trends in retail and e-commerce
