Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Clerk Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient processing of goods. This role is vital in ensuring that our financial products and materials are handled with care and efficiency, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing financial materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts to ensure the integrity of the inventory system.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including preparing necessary documentation and coordinating logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure that the warehouse is organized and remains compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill requests for financial materials and ensure that all items are delivered accurately and on time.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory management systems and contribute to process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner (training will be provided).
- Provide support during audits by maintaining accurate records and assisting auditors as required.
- Assist in training new warehouse staff members and promote a positive team environment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse role, preferably in the financial services sector or a related field.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg).
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and some bending or reaching.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
