Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Watch Repair Technician to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for precision engineering and a strong background in watch repair, specifically within the aerospace and defense sectors. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of watches, including mechanical, quartz, and automatic models, with a particular focus on those used in aerospace and defense applications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, ensuring functionality and accuracy of timepieces.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on watches to ensure adherence to safety and performance standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand the specific requirements of watches used in aerospace and defense environments.
- Maintain detailed documentation of repairs and services performed, including parts used and time taken for each job.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to repair, adjust, and test watches, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in watch repair and aerospace innovations to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding watch performance and maintenance.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in watchmaking or relevant fields is preferred.
- 3 to 7 years of experience as a watch repair technician, specifically with experience in aerospace or defense-related products.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using precision tools and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance as required in the defense sector.
