We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Resource Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a Water Resource Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and conserving water resources in the transportation and logistics industry. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient and sustainable use of water resources in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement water resource management strategies to optimize water use in transportation and logistics operations
- Conduct water audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and water conservation
- Monitor water quality and quantity in transportation and logistics facilities and implement measures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with government agencies and other organizations to address water resource challenges and implement best practices
- Provide training and support to staff on water conservation and efficiency initiatives
- Stay up to date on water resource management trends and technologies to continuously improve our practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Water Resource Management, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in water resource management in a transportation or logistics setting
- Strong knowledge of water conservation practices and regulations in Dubai
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
