We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth management operations and program management within the Aerospace and Defense industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to support the wealth management business
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the wealth management program
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
- Lead a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful implementation of operational initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure quality service delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management operations
- Strong understanding of Aerospace and Defense industry regulations and requirements
- Proven track record of successfully managing programs and projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
