We are seeking a skilled Weather Observer to join our team in Dubai. The Weather Observer will be responsible for monitoring and recording weather conditions in the healthcare setting to ensure the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and visitors.

Key responsibilities:
- Monitor weather conditions using various tools and equipment such as radar, satellites, and weather stations.
- Record and report on temperature, humidity, wind speed, and other relevant weather data.
- Provide real-time updates on weather conditions to healthcare staff to help them make informed decisions regarding patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with meteorologists and other weather professionals to analyze and interpret weather data.
- Maintain accurate records of weather observations and reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Meteorology, Environmental Science, or related field.
- [X] years of experience as a Weather Observer or in a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of weather monitoring tools and technology.
