We are currently seeking a Weather Observer to join our manufacturing plant in Dubai. The Weather Observer will be responsible for collecting and analyzing weather data to ensure the safety and efficiency of manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor weather conditions using various equipment and tools
- Record and report temperature, humidity, wind speed, and precipitation levels
- Analyze weather patterns and trends to predict potential disruptions to manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with production and safety teams to develop contingency plans for extreme weather events
- Maintain accurate records of weather data for compliance and reporting purposes
- Stay up-to-date on weather forecasts and advisories to proactively address any potential risks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Meteorology or related field
