Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Weather Observer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, recording, and analyzing weather data, as well as educating students and the community about meteorological phenomena. This role is vital for fostering an understanding of weather patterns and their impact on daily life, particularly in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular weather observations, including temperature, humidity, wind speed and direction, precipitation, and atmospheric pressure.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of weather data and prepare reports for educational purposes.
- Analyze meteorological data to identify trends and provide forecasts relevant to the educational curriculum.
- Collaborate with educators to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate weather science and its practical applications.
- Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and field trips related to meteorology for students and the community.
- Utilize meteorological instruments and technology to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in meteorology and integrate findings into educational materials.
- Prepare visual aids and presentations to effectively communicate weather-related information to various audiences.
- Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs focusing on climate change, environmental science, and sustainability.
- Engage with local weather agencies and organizations to share data and resources that enhance educational initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology, Atmospheric Sciences, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in meteorological observation or a related role, preferably within an educational context.
- Strong understanding of weather phenomena and climate patterns, particularly in desert environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts to a non-specialist audience.
- Proficient in using meteorological instruments, data analysis software, and educational technology.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for education and a commitment to promoting scientific literacy among students and the community.
