We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Web Content Manager Assistant in our Dubai office. The successful candidate will support the Web Content Manager in creating, editing, and updating content on our company website and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of content strategies to drive traffic and engagement on the website
- Create and edit content for various digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with various teams to gather information and create compelling content that aligns with the company's brand and messaging
- Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics to make data-driven recommendations for content optimization
- Assist in managing content calendars and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of content updates
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web content management to continually improve content quality and relevance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in web content management, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital analytics tools is a plus
