We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Weight Loss Consultant to join our team in Dubai within the construction industry. The Weight Loss Consultant will be responsible for providing personalized weight loss programs and guidance to our employees to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial consultations with employees to assess their current health status, weight loss goals, and dietary habits
- Developing customized weight loss plans based on individual needs and preferences
- Providing ongoing support and motivation to employees throughout their weight loss journey
- Monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes
- Educating employees on healthy eating habits, exercise routines, and lifestyle changes to support long-term weight management
- Collaborating with other health professionals, such as nutritionists and fitness trainers, to provide comprehensive wellness solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field
- Certified Weight Loss Consultant or equivalent certification
- Minimum [Random number between 2-8] years of experience in weight loss consulting or related field
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, physiology, and weight management techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to make positive lifestyle changes
