Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Weight Loss Consultant to join our dynamic team in the vibrant city of Dubai. As a consultant in the consumer goods sector, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their weight loss goals through personalized guidance, nutritional advice, and support. You will work closely with a diverse clientele, offering expertise in health and wellness to promote our product range effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health, dietary habits, and weight loss goals.
- Develop customized weight loss plans that align with individual needs, preferences, and lifestyles.
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients throughout their weight loss journey, including regular follow-up consultations.
- Educate clients on nutrition, exercise, and healthy lifestyle choices, utilizing our consumer products as tools for success.
- Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and group sessions to promote weight loss programs and the benefits of our product offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop educational materials and promotional content that highlight our weight loss solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and research in nutrition and weight management to provide clients with the best possible advice.
- Track and analyze client progress, making adjustments to plans as necessary to ensure success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term commitment to their health and wellness goals.
- Provide feedback to management regarding client needs, product performance, and market trends to help enhance our offerings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in weight loss consulting, nutrition counseling, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of dietary principles, weight management strategies, and lifestyle modifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with consumer goods and health products is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and other languages is a plus.
- Certifications in nutrition, fitness, or health coaching are highly desirable.
