Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Wellness Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Wellness Assistant will be responsible for promoting and maintaining the overall well-being of our residents and employees within our real estate properties.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives to promote a healthy lifestyle among residents and employees
- Organize and facilitate fitness classes, workshops, and events
- Coordinate with external vendors and health professionals to provide wellness services and resources
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of wellness programs
- Provide individualized support and guidance to residents and employees on their wellness journey
- Maintain accurate records and reports on wellness activities and participation
- Collaborate with property management team to integrate wellness initiatives into daily operations
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in wellness and health promotion

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Nutrition, Exercise Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in wellness program development and implementation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Knowledge of health and wellness principles and practices
- Certification in fitness training, nutrition, or health coaching is a plus
