We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Wellness Director Assistant in Dubai. This position will support the Wellness Director in developing and implementing wellness programs and initiatives within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of wellness programs and initiatives aimed at improving the overall health and well-being of employees within the construction industry
- Coordinate and schedule wellness events, workshops, and activities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote wellness programs and engage employees in wellness initiatives
- Conduct research on best practices in workplace wellness and make recommendations for program improvements
- Assist in the creation of wellness communication materials, including newsletters, posters, and social media content
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of wellness programs through data collection and reporting
- Provide administrative support to the Wellness Director as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in health promotion, public health, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in wellness program management or related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of workplace wellness best practices
