We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Wellness Director Assistant in our manufacturing facility in Dubai. The Wellness Director Assistant will support the Wellness Director in promoting and implementing wellness initiatives to improve the overall health and well-being of our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Wellness Director in developing and implementing wellness programs and initiatives
- Coordinate and facilitate wellness activities, workshops, and events
- Maintain and update wellness program materials and resources
- Assist in conducting health assessments and screenings for employees
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to promote wellness initiatives
- Monitor and track employee participation and engagement in wellness programs
- Assist in analyzing data and trends related to employee health and wellness
- Provide administrative support to the Wellness Director as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in wellness program coordination or related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of health and wellness best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) certification preferred
