We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Wellness Director Assistant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and wellness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Wellness Director in developing and implementing wellness programs for employees
- Coordinate wellness events, workshops, and activities
- Manage the wellness budget and track expenses
- Maintain accurate records of employee participation in wellness programs
- Collaborate with other departments to promote wellness initiatives
- Research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends in health and wellness
- Assist with developing marketing materials to promote wellness programs
- Provide administrative support to the Wellness Director as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of health and wellness best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
