We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wellness Director to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The Wellness Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing wellness programs and initiatives to promote the health and well-being of our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of wellness initiatives
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of wellness programs to measure effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Provide guidance and support to employees on health and wellness-related issues
- Organize and facilitate wellness events, workshops, and activities
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in workplace wellness
- Manage the budget for wellness programs and initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing wellness programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to workplace wellness
- Certification in wellness coaching or related field is a plus
