We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellness Director to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The Wellness Director will be responsible for developing and implementing wellness programs and initiatives to promote a healthy work-life balance for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being for employees.
- Collaborate with HR and management to assess the needs of the workforce and tailor wellness initiatives accordingly.
- Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and training sessions on topics such as stress management, nutrition, fitness, and mindfulness.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to provide additional wellness resources and services.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs through surveys, feedback, and data analysis.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in workplace wellness to continuously improve our offerings.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Health Promotion, Exercise Science, Psychology, etc.).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing wellness programs in a corporate setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate employees.
- Knowledge of health and wellness best practices, trends, and resources.
- Certification in wellness coaching, health education, or related field is a plus.
