We are looking for a motivated and experienced Wellness Director to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As the Wellness Director, you will be responsible for leading and implementing wellness programs within our pharmaceutical company to promote employee health and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs that focus on physical, mental, and emotional health for employees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategies and initiatives that promote a healthy work environment
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of wellness programs
- Provide guidance and support to employees on health-related issues and concerns
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in employee wellness programs
- Manage budget and resources for wellness initiatives
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to deliver wellness services and programs
- Monitor and analyze data to track progress and outcomes of wellness programs
- Communicate and promote wellness initiatives to employees through various channels

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Health Promotion, Public Health, or Wellness Management

- Strong knowledge of health and wellness trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and wellness management software
- Certification in wellness coaching or related field is a plus
