We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wellness Director to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting and maintaining the health and wellbeing of employees within the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs for employees, with a focus on physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to create initiatives that promote a healthy work-life balance
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs
- Provide guidance and support to employees on health and wellness related issues
- Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in workplace wellness
- Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and events on health and wellness topics

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, or related field
