Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Wellness Director to lead and enhance our wellness initiatives within our real estate development projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wellness in the context of real estate, a strong background in health and wellness program development, and a proven track record of successfully implementing wellness strategies that improve the quality of life for residents and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Development: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive wellness programs that align with our organizational goals and enhance the living and working environment within our properties.

- Program Management: Oversee the execution of wellness initiatives, including fitness programs, mental health resources, nutrition workshops, and community-building activities, ensuring they are effectively integrated into our real estate offerings.

- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and property management, to promote wellness initiatives and ensure a holistic approach to community well-being.

- Resident Engagement: Foster relationships with residents, gathering feedback and insights to continually improve wellness offerings and adapt programs to meet the evolving needs of the community.

- Partnership Development: Establish partnerships with local wellness experts, fitness trainers, healthcare professionals, and wellness organizations to enhance program offerings and provide residents with access to a broad range of services.

- Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs for staff and residents on wellness topics, including stress management, nutrition, and physical fitness.

- Monitoring and Evaluation: Implement metrics to assess the effectiveness of wellness programs, analyze feedback, and report on results to senior management, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with wellness trends and best practices in the real estate sector, applying insights to enhance our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Wellness Coaching, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in wellness program management, health promotion, or a related field, ideally within the real estate or property management sector.

- Strong understanding of wellness principles, trends, and practices, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful wellness programs.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse group of residents and stakeholders.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects and teams effectively.

- Experience with budget management and resource allocation for wellness initiatives.

- Knowledge of local health and wellness resources, trends, and regulations in Dubai.
