We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellness Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, as well as a background in real estate operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives for the real estate properties in Abu Dhabi
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the wellness programs, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of wellness programs into the overall property management strategy
- Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve and optimize wellness offerings
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in wellness programming
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and community partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in health and wellness, business, or a related field
- [Number] years of experience in wellness program management, preferably in a real estate setting
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local health and wellness resources in Abu Dhabi
