We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wellness Program Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Wellness Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing wellness programs for our employees in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being for employees
- Coordinate with various departments to identify wellness needs and develop targeted programs
- Organize and facilitate wellness events, workshops, and activities
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to provide resources and support for wellness initiatives
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs through data analysis and employee feedback
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees participating in wellness programs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in employee wellness programs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in health promotion, public health, or related field
- [X] years of experience in developing and implementing employee wellness programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of health and wellness best practices
- Certification in wellness coaching or related field is a plus
