We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wine Taster to join our team in Dubai. As a Wine Taster, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing the quality and characteristics of various wines produced by our manufacturing facility. You will play a key role in ensuring that our wines meet the highest standards of quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sensory evaluations of wines to determine quality, taste, aroma, and other characteristics
- Provide detailed feedback and tasting notes on each wine sample tested
- Collaborate with winemakers and production team to ensure consistency and quality in wine production
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in the world of wine tasting
- Participate in wine tasting events, competitions, and promotional activities as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wine Taster in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of different types of wines, grape varieties, and wine production processes
- Excellent sensory evaluation skills and ability to identify subtle differences in taste and aroma
- Good communication skills and ability to articulate tasting notes and feedback
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in oenology, viticulture, or related field preferred
