We are seeking a talented and experienced Wine Taster to join our Information Technology team based in Dubai. As a Wine Taster, you will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing various types of wines to ensure they meet our company's standards and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting sensory evaluations of wines to assess their quality, taste, aroma, and appearance
- Identifying and describing key characteristics of different wines, including grape varieties, regions, and production methods
- Collaborating with winemakers and suppliers to select wines for our company's portfolio
- Developing and maintaining relationships with wineries and distributors to source new and unique wines
- Researching and staying up-to-date on industry trends, market demands, and emerging wine regions
- Participating in wine tasting events, competitions, and trade shows to promote our company's brand and products
- Providing recommendations and guidance to our sales and marketing teams on wine selections and pairings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Viticulture, or related field
- [Random] years of experience as a Wine Taster or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of different grape varieties, wine regions, and production techniques
- Excellent sensory evaluation skills with a keen palate for tasting wines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions on wine selections
- Passion for wine and a deep understanding of the industry
