We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workforce Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce management within the construction industry and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workforce management strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency within the construction project.
- Collaborate with project managers to forecast workforce needs and ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new hires.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure workforce needs are met.
- Lead a team of workforce operations specialists and provide guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
