We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Yoga Studio Owner to establish and manage a premier yoga studio in the vibrant city of Dubai, focusing on delivering high-quality yoga services tailored to the financial services community. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business acumen, yoga expertise, and an understanding of the financial industry's demands, ensuring our studio thrives in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:
- Develop a comprehensive business plan outlining vision, mission, and operational strategies for the studio.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the financial services sector.
- Establish partnerships with local financial institutions to offer corporate wellness programs and memberships.

2. Studio Management:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high standards of customer service.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and training of yoga instructors and support staff.
- Develop and maintain studio policies, procedures, and quality control measures.

3. Financial Oversight:
- Prepare and manage the studio's budget, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and packages to attract a diverse clientele.

4. Program Development:
- Curate a diverse class schedule, including various yoga styles and workshops suitable for all skill levels.
- Develop and implement wellness programs specifically designed for employees in the financial services sector, focusing on stress management and work-life balance.
- Organize special events, retreats, and community outreach initiatives to promote health and wellness.

5. Marketing and Community Engagement:
- Create and execute effective marketing strategies using digital platforms, social media, and local advertising to reach potential clients.
- Engage with the local community through outreach programs, collaborations, and partnerships with health professionals.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages client retention and growth.

6. Client Relationship Management:

- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in business management, preferably in the wellness, fitness, or financial services sector.
- Certification in yoga instruction from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry and its unique wellness needs.
- Proven track record in business development and management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
