We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Advocate to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to advocating for young people and promoting their well-being in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Advocate for the needs and rights of young people within the telecommunications industry
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives to support youth development and empowerment
- Provide mentorship and support to young people facing challenges or barriers
- Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to address issues affecting young people
- Conduct outreach and awareness campaigns to educate young people about telecommunications services and opportunities
- Participate in advocacy efforts to influence policies and decisions that impact young people
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience working with young people in a social services or community-based setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Knowledge of local resources and services for youth in Abu Dhabi
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
