We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Advocate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Youth Advocate, you will be responsible for supporting and empowering young people in educational settings. You will work closely with students, teachers, parents, and community organizations to advocate for the needs and rights of youth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group support to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges
- Advocate for policies and programs that promote student success and well-being
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Connect students and their families with community resources and support services
- Organize and facilitate workshops, events, and activities that promote youth development
- Stay informed about current issues and trends affecting young people in Abu Dhabi
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student interactions and progress
- Collaborate with other youth advocates and community organizations to address systemic issues impacting youth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, education, or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of child development and adolescent psychology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
