We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Youth Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young people and providing excellent customer service in a retail setting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for youth customers
- Engage with young customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Assist in organizing and facilitating youth-focused events and activities
- Help maintain a clean and organized retail space
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking shelves as needed
- Provide support to the retail team as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-3 years of experience working in a retail environment
- Experience working with young people is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
