We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Operations Program Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with youth and a strong background in transportation and logistics.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives to engage and empower youth in the transportation and logistics industry
- Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and government agencies to promote youth involvement in the industry
- Coordinate and oversee events, workshops, and training sessions for youth participants
- Manage a team of program coordinators and volunteers to ensure successful program delivery
- Monitor program outcomes and evaluate effectiveness through data analysis and reporting
- Develop partnerships with local businesses and industry leaders to create opportunities for youth to gain hands-on experience in the field
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve program offerings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics, business administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in program management, youth development, or a related field
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry trends and challenges
