We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Youth Program Director to join our team in Dubai. As the Youth Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our youth programs within a retail setting. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement innovative and engaging programs that cater to the needs and interests of young people.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive youth program that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Plan and coordinate a variety of activities, workshops, events, and initiatives for young people.
- Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers.
- Build relationships with community partners, schools, and other organizations to expand program reach and impact.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage program budget and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g. youth development, education, social work).
- [X] years of experience in developing and managing youth programs, preferably in a retail setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
- Knowledge of youth development principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
