We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Youth Program Director to lead our youth development programs within the transportation and logistics industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young people, as well as a solid background in program management and logistics.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging and educational youth programs focused on transportation and logistics
- Collaborate with industry partners, schools, and community organizations to expand program reach and impact
- Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers
- Monitor program budgets and ensure financial sustainability
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with program participants and their families
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in youth development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management or youth development
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
