We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Youth Program Manager to join our Real Estate team in Al Ain. The Youth Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing programs and initiatives aimed at engaging and empowering the youth in our community.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement youth programs that promote personal and professional development, leadership, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with local schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for youth involvement.
- Recruit and train volunteers to support youth programs and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of youth programs through data collection and analysis.
- Manage program budgets, resources, and logistics to ensure successful implementation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with youth participants, families, and community partners.
- Stay informed about trends and best practices in youth development and real estate industries.
- Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and conferences.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. youth development, social work, education).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in youth program management or a related role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends and practices is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

This is a full-time position based in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with youth and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
