We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Youth Services Coordinator to join our healthcare organization in Ras Al Khaimah. The Youth Services Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating programs and services designed to meet the unique needs of youth in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement youth-focused programs and services that promote mental health and well-being among young people.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and schools to identify and address the needs of youth in the community.
- Provide individual and group counseling services to youth who are experiencing mental health challenges or other issues.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, support groups, and educational sessions for youth on topics such as stress management, healthy relationships, and coping skills.
- Conduct outreach and engage with young people to increase awareness of available services and resources.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of youth programs and services through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in youth services and mental health to ensure programs are evidence-based and relevant.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of mental health issues affecting youth and familiarity with intervention strategies.
